In addition providing your EDI software solution, OpenText Freeway gives you configuration, testing, training and on-going telephone support and software maintenance. We utilise PC Anywhere or Radmin remote access software so that all support and upgrades can be carried out quickly and efficiently, with a minimum of disruption to you and your company.
OpenText Freeway standard support service is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays via dedicated telephone and email services. A unique support reference number is allocated to you when you log a support call, and this same reference number is used throughout the process of resolving the issue.
Our operational support staff are backed by a dedicated technical resource to ensure that we resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Any on-going issues are escalated to our development and software managers. If we can’t resolve your issue immediately we will tell you, and will give you an estimated resolution time, as well as our proposed actions to investigate and diagnose the issue.
