Migration can seem a daunting process, so we are here to help every step of the way. In fact, some organisations using Tradanet will find it completely non-disruptive for both you and your trading partners.
For others, GXS has established an Upgrade Task Force that uses a fully automated capability wherever possible to move groups of mailboxes, trading partners and user data seamlessly. We employ a simple, four stage process:
- You supply us with a list of your trading partners and your trading relationships with them
- We register you on TGMS and link to your trading partners
- We thoroughly configure and test the upgrade
- At an agreed date, we switch service – usually without your partners being aware a change has been made
This approach is not always possible – especially for IE customers – or you may wish to take a more phased approach to the upgrade. In this case, we will work with you to create and implement an effective migration strategy that exactly matches your business requirements.
