The meeting will look at managed services within the evolving B2B integration market as well as GXS’s offerings.
GXS customer ArcelorMittal will provide a welcome and overview to attendees followed by various topics presented by the GXS team throughout the day, including the latest advancements to GXS’s products, best practices in partner onboarding and a look at the upcoming GXS product roadmap. Additionally, Michelin’s Jean-Luc Faye will give a case study on the company’s success using GXS Managed Services in its B2B operations.
Formed in May 2011, the GXS EMEA Managed Services CAB is the EMEA regional advisory board for GXS Managed Services customers. The CAB members meet each year in different locations across Europe to discuss the direction of the market and industry trends, how to address current and future B2B integration business challenges and GXS’s product roadmap ideas, direction and prioritisation. Bringing together GXS Managed Services customers from around Europe, membership is voluntary and, currently, consists of companies, representing all industries.
