GXS Hosts UK Customer Advisory Board Meeting

Sunbury, United Kingdom January 24, 2012 — GXS™ the world’s leading provider of business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce solutions, has announced a meeting of the GXS UK Customer Advisory Board (CAB) on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th January at Coombe Abbey in Coventry, UK.

This CAB was formed in 2008 by Inovis and following the Inovis/GXS merger the board has evolved into the GXS UK CAB, which includes original participating companies such as Danone, Bernard Matthews, Moto Hospitality, NMBS and Polypipe, as well as a number of new GXS customer members.

The GXS UK CAB members participate on a voluntary basis to provide insights and direction to GXS, share best practices, helping to shape the GXS business for the benefit of members and the wider GXS UK customer base. Focus areas include:

  • General market and industry trends
  • Sharing of current/future B2B integration business challenges and ways to address them
  • Product/service enhancement recommendations
  • Product roadmap ideas, direction and prioritisation
