“Cross-border electronic commerce is growing rapidly within the EU, and some companies are seeing this cross border e-commerce activity double year-over-year,” said Keifer. “This growth, combined with increased financial regulations around invoicing and payments, is posing new challenges while also offering fresh opportunities. This is a complex scenario that European leaders need to understand in order to manage effectively.”

EDIFICE provides a forum for B2B leaders to network and participate in informative information exchanges on new business processes and trends.

“Seamless trading is one of the fundamental cornerstones of the truly global supply chain. It is a prerequisite to not only providing goods and services around the globe, but also to distributing work and income into emerging regions,” commented Werner Meert, customer integration management (CIM) manager at DHL.

EDIFICE represents the majority of the European electronics industry and is a forum to learn about B2B processes and technologies, share experiences, exchange ideas and also take advantage of the knowledge and experiences of other member companies.
