GXS User Groups are collaborative, confidential forums that bring together a select group of customers representing the diverse spectrum of the industries served. Each group provides thought leadership and strategic guidance to the development of specific products and services to better meet customers” business needs.

Current User Groups:

  • GXS Integration Special Interest Group
    The GXS Integration Special Interest Group (SIG) meets to discuss matters relating to the design, development, enhancements and best practices of the GXS software portfolio, including products known as: Enterprise System™, Application Integrator™ and Enterprise Gateway™.

  • GXS Transaction Banking User Group
    The GXS Transaction Banking User Group is open to customers in financial services including banking, insurance, credit card and securities sectors. The purpose of this group is to create an open dialogue between GXS and financial services customers to:

    • Enhance product performance
    • Accelerate service delivery
