User Groups

GXS User Groups are collaborative, confidential forums that bring together a select group of customers representing the diverse spectrum of the industries served. Each group provides thought leadership and strategic guidance to the development of specific products and services to better meet customers” business needs.

Current User Groups:

  • UK Customer Advisory Board
    The GXS UK Customer Advisory Board (CAB) provides insights and direction, helping to shape our business for the benefit of GXS UK customers. Board members participate on a voluntary basis and meet 2 times a year, in person, at different locations in the UK to enhance relationships with GXS employees, and other GXS customers.

  • EMEA Managed Services Customer Advisory Board
    The GXS EMEA Managed Services CAB is the EMEA regional advisory board for GXS Managed Services customers only and members participate on a voluntary basis to influence GXS company direction, in a way that is beneficial to their own needs and those of the wider GXS Managed Services customer base. They meet 3 times a year, in person, at different locations in Europe to enhance relationships with GXS employees, and other GXS Managed Services customers.

  • GXS Integration Special Interest Group
    The GXS Integration Special Interest Group (SIG) meets to discuss matters relating to the design, development, enhancements and best practices of the GXS software portfolio, including products known as: Enterprise System™, Application Integrator™ and Enterprise Gateway™.

  • GXS Financial Services Customer Advisory Board
    The GXS Financial Services Customer Advisory Board (FS CAB) brings together industry leaders across commercial banking, credit card, insurance, securities and corporate treasury. Through ongoing, collaborative dialogue, the FS CAB helps shape our strategic direction and solutions roadmap to meet the unique requirements of the financial services sector.

  • GXS SAP Customer Advisory Board
    The GXS SAP Customer Advisory Board enables customers to share best practice methodologies and experiences associated with SAP/B2B integration projects. The board works directly with GXS to define SAP-related integration enhancements to our GXS Managed Services and GXS Trading Grid integration cloud platform.
