UK Customer Advisory Board

The GXS UK Customer Advisory Board (CAB) provides insights and direction, helping to shape our business for the benefit of GXS UK customers. Board members participate on a voluntary basis and meet 2 times a year, in person, at different locations in the UK to enhance relationships with GXS employees, and other GXS customers.

Focus areas of the Board include:

  • General market and industry trends
  • Sharing of current/ future B2B integration business challenges and ways to address them
  • Product/service enhancement recommendations
  • Product roadmap ideas, direction and prioritisation
