Customer Engagement
At GXS, engaging customers requires a year-round focus on organisational behaviours, processes, and systems to anticipate and respond to our customers’ needs. From the leadership team to the frontline employees, we are all responsible for the customer experience. But, we can’t optimise our customer relationships without the participation of our customers.
The Strategic Advisory Board, the UK Customer Advisory Board, EMEA Managed Services Customer Advisory Board and User Groups all provide a direct communication link between GXS and our customers. The groups are collaborative, confidential forums with an overriding goal to provide thought leadership and strategic to better meet customers’ business needs.
GXS is committed to enhancing and maintaining its products and services through direct input and feedback from customers via the Boards and User Groups. In addition, any customer can input product enhancements using GXS Product Feedback and customers, who want to be involved in product development and testing, can participate in the GXS Beta Program.
