Welcome to the GXS Customer Awards Program!

The Customer Awards Program enables GXS to recognise both outstanding contributions to business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce, as well as innovative use of B2B e-commerce through GXS Trading Grid®. Winning participants will receive recognition throughout the B2B e-commerce industry. This may include being featured in a press release, an analyst review and on the GXS website. Benefits of participation include:

  • Raise awareness within your market and assert yourself against your competitors
  • Bolster existing marketing efforts to raise your profile
  • Take advantage of GXS's award to expand your target customer base
  • Generate content that can strengthen your website

Eligibility: Only projects that have been in production long enough to gauge real results are eligible to participate in this program.

Awards

1. Best Use of GXS Trading Grid® to Increase B2B e-Commerce Automation

This award recognises companies that have made the greatest impact in B2B e‑commerce during the last 12 months. These companies also demonstrate best practices in using GXS solutions to transform and streamline their B2B e-commerce programs. 

2. Best Use of B2B Outsourcing to Accelerate Competitive Differentiation

This award recognises companies that have used Trading Grid in innovative and beneficial ways for their organisations to further the benefits of e‑commerce. 

3.Best Use of GXS Trading Grid® to Enhance Global Supply Chain Visibility

This award recognises companies that have used enhanced supply chain processes, such as forecasting, procurement, logistics, invoicing or payments with quantifiable operational costs savings.

4. Best Use of GXS Trading Grid® to Accelerate Supply Chain Globalisation

This award recognises companies that have leveraged Trading Grid to successfully build and sustain highly-competitive global supply chains in an increasingly flat world.

Process

  1. Fill out the attached form. All fields on pages 3 & 4 must be completed. Objective or quantitative data—e.g., percentages, trends or actuals—are preferred over subjective statements—e.g., “much less expensive”. If you have questions, please feel free to confer with your GXS Account Executive or the contacts listed below.
  2. Submit by August 30, 2008 via any of the channels below.
  3. All Awards Applications will be evaluated by a panel of independent judges. If questions arise, the panel will reach the contact person listed in Part 1 of your application.
  4. Notification of the GXS Customer Award winners will take place in October 2008.
