3663 and GXS Product Data Quality (PDQ)

In 2002, 3663 joined the GXS PDQ initiative along with several other high profile organisations belonging to OFSCI. 3663 quickly recognised the importance of having accurate quality assured product data to drive all its internal systems - from warehouse management to telesales. In addition to typical logistics data, 3663 also uses nutritional and ingredient declarations, cooking and other usage instructions, allergen and dietary information and product images, helping it to derive maximum value from extended data sets.

3663 recognised that the demands from its customers for product information were ever increasing. It has found that taking the required information electronically, directly from GXS PDQ satisfies customer needs efficiently. The capture and exchange of product images in particular has delivered a demonstrable increase in the efficiency levels of the 3663 call center.
