Steven Scala is Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development at GXS. In this role, he is responsible for identifying strategic priorities, building partnerships, executing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as integrating new businesses and partnerships into the GXS organisational structure

Mr. Scala gained his nearly 30 years of professional experience at IBM and General Electric Corporation in such areas as Software, SaaS, and Electronic Commerce. He has held previous roles in roles in engineering, sales, marketing and general management. Mr. Scala received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of South Florida.
