Senior Vice President, Global Professional Services

Scott Cravotta is Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services for GXS and is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for GXS Professional Services using a Global Delivery Model. In this role, Mr. Cravotta is accountable for leading an extensive team of professionals in the full lifecycle of Professional Service from pre-sales activities, through implementation, to achieving a Trusted Advisor status using long term customer relationship management strategies.

Mr. Cravotta has over 18 years of experience in Professional Services, including most recently as Vice President and General Manager at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing solutions. Mr. Cravotta spent approximately 14 years at ADP in various leadership roles in Professional Services as well as many years as Vice President of Product Development, developing and hosting enterprise scale portal and SaaS applications. Early in his career, Mr. Cravotta was a technical and ERP implementation expert working at CDG and Associates and Perdue Farms Incorporated.

After receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science, Mr. Cravotta served in the US Army and Army Reserve as a Commissioned Officer specialising in Armor and was a Draper Leadership Award winner for excellence in leadership in Armor and Cavalry.
